Ellen Little spent 20 years in leadership and development with The Home Depot: as a store manager and leadership trainer. Her expertise was in succession planning, performance management and business acumen. For 6 years she traveled and served as a facilitator for large scale training events; writing and facilitating classes, workshops and training modules. She serves as the Vice President of Public Relations of Girl Talk and Harbor City Toastmasters Clubs and serves as Area 21 Governor for Toastmasters in Brevard County. Her two companies are designed to teach people how to start their own businesses and offer classes on practical employment activities and strategies to learn marketable skills, increase your effectiveness and your productivity.

Monty Ray Davidson's Monty Ray Davidson's speeches are humorous with a nostalgic flavor, often pulling from his weird & wonderful childhood. His unique and positive outlook on teamwork, storytelling and life in general would be a welcome addition to any formal presentation or after dinner function.

Monty has spent 20 years with Walt Disney World in Orlando FL. Among his favorite roles for the Company was that of professional facilitator at both the Disney University and Disney Institute. He wrote and taught programs for the annual Disneyana Conventions which focused on Disney Heritage, Behind the Scenes Innovations, and Storytelling.

Monty is also a professional radio broadcaster with 20 years of experience in the field. He features a humorous outlook on his nostalgic past and his ongoing frustration with modern technology.

Andy Brown is in his fourth year as a Toastmaster member. He is a current Area Governor, Past Club President, soon to achieve the ‘Distinguished Toastmaster' designation.  He also owns and runs 'Power Training Seminars', and regularly teaches, trains and speaks to individuals and sales teams in Higher Level Communication, Understanding, and Salesmanship using NLP, Subliminal Influence and Persuasion.

Andy has a Master's Degree in Engineering. He was the Lead Project Engineer for the 'Discovery' Orbiter at the Kennedy Space Center for 6 years, Certified Kepner Tregoe Process Analysis Program Leader and Trainer, and has 18 years in Sales, Marketing, and Training.

Brenda's experience as an expert presentation trainer and public speaking coach for corporations and educational institutions such as: Disney and Lucent Technologies, the Montverde Academy, just to name a few, have given her a proven track record.  Brenda was also a state speech contest finalist and first place award winner in various other statewide Toastmaster speech competitions.

Colette Butler most recently incorporated a non-profit organization that assists females from the age of 6 to adulthood. Colette has over 12 years experience in the non-profit sector and over 30 years in the administrative field.

Her extensive background in the field of homelessness, poverty, recovery, community service, referrals and networking has allowed her to provide enlightenment, encouragement, and motivation to many as well as she provided a shoulder for them to cry on. She has helped those who thought help was not available. Colette also has extended her knowledge, talents and financial support to communities, hospitals, churches and politicians in the Florida and Georgia area. She was dedicated in assisting Dr. Livingston, Pastor Clemons, Apostle Peoples, Elder Kemp and various other leaders to organize and build their committed dreams.

Jane Shadron Potter was prepared by Stetson University for teaching elementary children in Manatee County, educators the use of Houghton Mifflin text books, and Native Americans in Albuquerque, NM.  Returning to Florida, Jane and her husband, Don, were small business owners for a number of years in Ocala, Florida.

As an American Red Cross Volunteer, Jane has facilitated the following advanced Human Resource and advanced Leadership Courses; i.e., Creating Leadership Connections, Paid and Volunteer Staff Working Together, and Personnel Practices for Supervisors. Other volunteer activities for “national” include Volunteer Internal Auditor and volunteer for the office of Investigation, Ethics and Compliance traveling from Seattle, WA to northern NY State. Other activities included: Chair of the Board for Florida's Coast to Coast Chapter, Chairman of Florida Field Service and Coordinator for the south east region Volunteers Beyond the Local Unit.

Being a charter member of the Marion United Toastmasters club, has developed into a passion for practicing communication and leadership skills. Jane has been the 2 nd and current (4 th ) president of the club. She has attained Advanced Communicator Silver and Advanced Leader Bronze and working toward the ultimate level of Distinguished Toastmaster.

Joe graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Accounting.  He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.  He earned the designation of Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He holds Series 7 and 66 FINRA licenses, and the designation of Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP â ).

Les Mower has been public speaker and trainer for more than twenty years and a private speaker for thrice that. He describes himself as a Positive Paranoid, that is as he says, “I just know that people are out to get me; everything I need to be happy!”. Certain that we are creating our reality with our thoughts and beliefs, he teaches techniques to find the good in any situation.

Les is a skilled lyricist and often writes new lyrics to old familiar tunes, some hilarious, some profound and often will perform for the groups he addresses.

Maria Martinez owns her own Personal Development Coaching business. Maria has a master's degree and over 10 years of experience in the Human/Social Services arena. In less than two years, she has achieved several Toastmaster educational awards and has served in the Leadership of her club.

She is  a mother, wife, entrepreneur and very plugged into Toastmaster's and its mission. In addition to her social work background, her degree in Global Management give her a diverse knowledge of cultural protocol. She is Hispanic and hence very attuned with cultural diversity. W. Earl Kitchings has been a member of Toastmaster International in the Lillian R. Bradley Club in Jacksonville for over three years. Leadership positions have included as President and Vice-President. In 2011, he was selected the winner of the District 84 Table Topics Speech Contest at the annual district conference.

Earl has been a motivational speaker since 1995 and has spoken at numerous athletic occasions and youth events. He has served in mentoring students as a volunteer instructor, along with serving as a coach in the educational and youth leader in the private sectors. His current projects include writing a series of motivational book of quotes (which include several of his own quotes) and posters entitled “Gut Check”. Four of his more popular speeches titled “Gut Check”, “Pride”, “Rise to the Occasion”, and “Who Needs to See the Wizard” are available on CD.

Earl earned his M.Ed. in 2003 from Florida A&M University. His professional career includes 15 years in collegiate athletic administration, along with 20 years as a sports broadcaster and public address announcer. A member of the National Eagle Scout and Association, he is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Speaker's Bureau.

Delores Beamon is an award winning speaker through Toastmasters, as well as a song and play writer. She is a sought-after motivational speaker and facilitator.  She has spoken at Florida Community College, Howard University, the Women's Summit and Women's Conferences, Community Centers, and Churches.
