The
District Newsletter is electronically delivered at the beginning
of each month to the email address
listed for you with TI. The decision to go electronic was made
after determining that 84% of our membership
as of March 2008, had an email address
in their profile.
The use of an electronic delivery
channel is a more cost effective way
to deliver news and information on a
monthly basis; and email delivery is
actually quite efficient and easy to
use.
Please take a moment to update
your profile with TI to ensure that you have the most
current email and other contact information on file. TI sends
the District a membership list so that we
can distribute a newsletter, as well as
other important information.
You can easily check your contact
information in two ways:
- Have a Club Officer access the Club
Account with TI and go to the Roster
information
- Sign on to your personal
account with
TI and update the My Profile settings.
If you don't have a personal account set up with Toastmasters,
now is a good time, Just click
this link and follow the simple
instructions. If your email address is up-to-date with TI and you
still are having delivery problems, make sure your email system
receives bulk mailings. Of course, you may always check back right
here for the latest edition. We will also provide an archive of
past editions as we go forward.
Additionally, if you have trouble opening the newsletter,
you may need to update your Adobe Reader. To update your Adobe
reader, click on the button and follow the easy instructions.
